The newest calf we have. Born in January. Looks just like his papa.

Happy, Healthy, Beautiful Milk Cows!!

Brad really does spoil his "babies" - milk cows!!  

They look so clean and healthy - you can't even tell we had a pretty long winter!!

Chicken Town

This is the area in which Floyd keeps his egg layers - we call it "Chicken Town".  They roost in their house at dark and run the fenced in paddock during the daylight hours.

Meat Chickens

View of the meat chickens on the hill.  It was getting dark so the picture isn't very clear.  Just wanted to show all the fresh, green pasture!

This is a large chicken house we use to move the meat chickens around the pasture.  

This is a view of all 3 chicken houses.  Two smaller ones and one large one. 

Snow in May!

Friday morning we woke up to 5-6 inches of snow!!  

Surprisingly, our pastures and the little bit of garden I planted was not damaged. 

Yesterday, Floyd and Lois Ann found a little snow in the low spots and had a snowball fight - barefooted! 

A memory I'm sure they'll never forget!!
